With Thankful Hearts

Traditionally, we celebrate Thanksgiving at home, with our family. Each child made a dish and we enjoyed our little feast together. After the meal, we spent time reflecting on the blessings that God has given us throughout the year, going from youngest to oldest. Our afternoon was spent resting, playing games, and enjoying time as a family. We are so grateful for another Thanksgiving we were able to celebrate with all of the family.

Naomi, Joanna, Amanda, and Ashlyn made rolls
Jessica made pea salad
Christopher made corn-bread dressing
Rebecca made pecan pies
Daniel and Naomi made sweet potato casserole
Amanda made peanut butter and chocolate fudge
Elizabeth made green bean casserole
Samuel seasoned and carved the turkey

Timothy made broccoli-and-cheese casserole

Rachel made blueberry cream cheese pies

Joanna made Watergate salad

Ashlyn cut the cranberry sauce

O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good: for His mercy endureth for ever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
Psalm 107:1-2
